WeldFil HV Central Extraction Unit

The WeldFil high-vacuum welding fume extraction unit is available in various capacities for a wide range of workstations that require maximum performance. 

The KEMPER central high-vacuum WeldFil welding smoke extraction unit is reliable, robust, and absolutely solid. Designed to remove welding fumes and filter high levels of smoke and dust, it is intended for large welding centers where welding torches and high-vacuum exhaust arms are used. Units are fitted with KemTex® ePTFE membrane filter cartridges that remove ultra-fine dust particles. These will filter out minute matter, even below 0.1 µm. Another advantage of these top-quality welding smoke extraction units is that you can grow the system with modular extensions. The system is also ideal for training centers and it can be installed outdoors.

There are three WeldFil Hi Vac models that offer an extraction capacity ranging from 700 m3 or 916 cubic yards to 2,700 m3  or 3,532 cubic yards per hour.
