Kemper’s high-vacuum extraction units are suitable for individual workstations as well as groups of up to four workstations.

The system connects to welding torch fume extraction and is very effective in large welding shops. The units can also be fitted with funnel or slot nozzles to collect large volumes of welding smoke.

KEMPER HI VAC FILTRATION UNIT MODELS

Kemper hi vac extraction units come in a wide range of sizes from 12 x 12 x 27 inches to 94 x 74 x 83 inches. Extraction capability is very varied, depending on unit design and model size, ranging from 74 to more than 5,000 cubic feet per minute (CFM).

The portable MiniFil is ideal for workspaces that change frequently, as is the even smaller Dusty High Vacuum Filter Unit. The extraction capability of central units ranges from 1059 to 5085 CFM while the small units have a smaller capacity of 74-294 CFM.
