The hall ventilation and room ventilation CleanAirTower is used wherever a point extraction for welding fumes cannot be realized or is not sufficient. The CleanAirTower SF 5000 is equipped with a disposable filter.
The tower protects employees and machines effectively against fine dust during welding. The purified air remains in the room. The room ventilation system causes minimal air turbulence, which is why the polluted air does not reach the unloaded areas. The CleanAirTower works according to the recommended by the trade association layer ventilation principle for hall ventilation.

- 360-degree suction radius
- KEMPER cloud connection via mobile phone
- Slow, impulsive air circulation
- Layer ventilation principle, recommended by the professional association
- Control via a touch panel
- System hardly generates air turbulence
- Turbo boost feature
- Suction of the ambient air via a built-in fan
- The cleaned, clean air occurs at the bottom of the system with low impulses again
- The warm fresh air conveys the welding smoke back towards the intake grille and the workplaces create a slow air circulation (stratified ventilation)
- Low smoke/dust levels
- Workshops in which point extraction is not possible
- Complementary to point extraction systems
- Environments with changing dust/smoke sources
- Workplaces, production halls, logistics and warehouses
- Workshops with a low ceiling height
