Colorado Springs Utilities contacted KEMPER to update their welding area with an exhaust table that fits into the existing space.
The problem they were facing was that their water table was not only messy and hard to clean, but also filled their shop with dust and smoke. On top of that, employees had to manually clean all cut items from residue, what was a tremendous waste of time and holding up production.
By changing to KEMPER’s KemTab Flex Modular Extraction Table, they were able to precisely fit the new exhaust table into the existing cutting portal. A KEMPER Central Extraction Unit 8000 completed the installation.
Now the amount of dust and grime in the shop has been highly reduced, and even when cutting aluminum and stainless steel air pollution is now kept under the recommended exposure limits.
