Central Exhaust Fan
The central exhaust fan from KEMPER is designed for welding smoke extraction applications where large amounts of contaminated air need to be removed.
Wall-mounted central exhaust fans are designed for use via the ducts on welding fume extraction tables, extraction hoods and extraction arms. They are the ideal solution when large volumes of air containing welding fumes, smoke, and various particles need to be moved out of the working environment. They offer a non-stop operation that may be used to vent when it isn’t important to filter the air.
There are five different models that offer extraction capacity ranging from 2,000 m3 or 2,616 cubic yards to 10,000 m3 or 13,080 cubic yards per hour. For example, the smallest unit has an extraction capacity of 2,000-4,000 m3 or 2,616-5,232 cubic yards per hour, while the extraction capacity range of the largest model is 6,000-10,000 m3 or 7,848-13,080 cubic yards per hour.

- For extraction tables, extraction hoods and extraction arms
- High levels of smoke and particles
- Non-stop operation
- Low investment costs because extraction takes place without air filtration
- Galvanised steel sheet construction
- Different performance classes
