This Mobile Welding Smoke Filter offers many advantages for use at changing welding work stations: A durable steel housing with anti corrosive powder coat finish, and heavy duty rubber castor wheels make this unit suitable for even the toughest welding jobs.

How it works: The extracted air is first fed into a pre-filter where large particles are captured, then through a main filter where the welding smoke is cleaned with a filter efficiency rating above 99.9%. This means that even the smallest particles down to a size of 0.3 micron are filtered.
Exchanging the pre-filter on a regular basis will make the main filter last longer. It only needs to be changed once or twice a year depending on the number of working hours and the substances to be captured.

But even the best filtration system is not going to be used if the welder can't position the arm easily!
That's why we fit all of our units with our unique "Stay-in-Place-Arm":
This flexible exhaust arm swivels 360° and guarantees freedom of movement with an unique spring-supported "stay-in-place" parallelogram hidden inside a leightweight PVC coated fiber glass hose. All of our arms are easy to bend and to position (even a three-year old can move our arms).

Flexible exhaust arms for mobile units can be supplied in lenghts of 7 ft, 10 ft, and 14 ft with a diameter of 6". Also available for this unit: Dual arm versions with 10 ft or 14 ft arms.
