Telescopic Exhaust Arms
Our telescopic exhaust arms are best suited for use in welding training shops.
The exhaust arm is
telescopic as well as swiveling. Consisting of an exhaust hood with damper as a wall bracket.
KEMPER telescopic exhaust arms can be connected to our Wall-Mounted Fans as well as to ductwork of any of our Central Extraction Units (sold separately).

Flexible Exhaust Arms
These exhaust arms have been developed for extracting hazardous fumes directly at the point of emission.KEMPER Exhaust Arms are especially made for the extraction of welding smoke, gases, steams, slight dusts, and solvents.
The structure of the exhaust arm consists of an unique interior parallelogram linkage which is spring supported, a fiber-glass hose with a PVC coating, and an internal steel wire spiral.
Due to the parallelogram, the exhaust arm swivels 360º and can be brought in any desired direction without additional support.
KEMPER exhaust arms can be connected to our Wall-Mounted Fans as well as to ductwork of any of our Central Extraction Units (sold separately).

Extension Exhaust Arms
All exhaust arms with a length of 17, 20, and 24 feet are equipped with an additional extension arm. This arm consists of a swiveling ball-bearing wall bracket and a strong boom. This allows the exhaust arm to swivel 360º.
The bottom side of the extension arm is fitted with a C-profile to carry additional 111 lbs, e.g. wire feed units, cables, air tools, etc. This helps prevent accidents caused by cables and tools lying on the shop floor and protects the expensive equipment.
KEMPER extension exhaust arms can be connected to our Wall-Mounted Fans as well as to ductwork of any of our Central Extraction Units (sold separately).

Exhaust Cranes
The ball bearing swivel exhaust crane is ideally suitable for local extraction of hazardous substances.
The two part crane boom is suitable to suspend 110 lbs from the first boom(e.g. wire feed unit) and 22 lbs from the second.
The complete profile steel construction is epoxy powder coated. The joints with adjustable snappers, an extraction pipe with flexible hoses at the joints, and a self supporting telescopic arm including the exhaust hood guarantee a very high flexibility.
The exhaust crane can be connected to fans with different performances and also automatic start stop and lightning can be fitted.
KEMPER exhaust cranes come in two different diameters to fit even higher airflows, e.g. where hugh amounts of dusts are produced during the industrial process. Exhaust cranes can be connected to our Wall-Mounted Fans as well as to ductwork of any of our Central Extraction Units (sold separately).
